You can cover 100% of you mortgage & insurance payments as your selected benefit amount i.e.

 

£500 per month mortgage.
£100 per month combined total monthly insurance costs. 
£600 total monthly mortgage repayment.

 

Or you may select to have an additional 25% additional cover over & above your monthly mortgage & insurance repayments.

 

So in the above mentioned instance you would be covered for £750 per month if the additional 25% extra was selected.
