Direct Line Home Insurance Plus covers all
Direct Line have launched a new all-inclusive policy called Direct Line Home Insurance Plus.
The policy will offer cover for items like personal possessions, travel insurance and home buildings and contents insurance without the hassle of taking out multiple insurance policies.
Some of the advantages, the company claims, are that Direct Line Home Insurance Plus customers do not have to worry about paying for overlapping cover or working out which policy to use when a claim is required.
"When disaster strikes, it can be difficult to get everything back to normal quickly and conveniently. Having one policy that covers everything makes the process simpler, easier, and quicker," said Direct Line home insurance head Andrew Lowe.
"Our Home Insurance Plus helps you to save time and money, and if anything goes wrong you can have it all sorted in one call. We'll take care of the hassle and help you avoid further disruption to your life."
Direct Line was in the news today after winning a court battle against esure home insurance.
The battle was to prevent esure using a mouse on wheels logo, which Direct Line argued was too similar to its telephone on wheels logo.
